I partner with schools, organizations, and community leaders to design and implement systems that foster positive school climate, strengthen relationships, and empower students to lead. Whether you’re looking to transform school culture, deepen restorative practices, or build innovative youth programming, I bring both vision and hands-on experience to help make it happen.

1. Restorative Practices Implementation & Training

I work with schools and organizations to design, implement, and sustain restorative practices that go beyond discipline — building community, strengthening relationships, and reducing conflict through proactive and relational approaches.

2. Youth Program Development

Whether in school or after school, I help design and facilitate programs that integrate social-emotional learning, culturally responsive mentorship, and student leadership development — like my work with Parenting While Black and SEL Music Academy.

3. School Climate Consulting

I help school leaders and teams analyze climate and behavior data, design targeted interventions, and align school-wide systems that support equity, belonging, and student success.

4. Professional Development for Educators

I offer workshops and trainings on trauma-informed teaching, culturally responsive pedagogy, relationship-building strategies, and using restorative approaches to shape classroom and school culture.

5. Community & Family Engagement

I support schools in building stronger connections with families and community partners, creating integrated networks of support that extend beyond the school day and classroom walls.

Past Collaborations

As a Weikart Training Facilitator for APOST, I led county-wide professional development sessions focused on social-emotional learning (SEL) and program quality. Through this work, I support out-of-school time providers strengthen their capacity to create environments where youth thrive.
I partnered with The Maker’s Clubhouse introducing SELMA (Social Emotional Learning Music Academy) initiative, supporting students in developing SEL skills through hands-on, creative learning experiences that promote problem-solving, resilience, and collaboration.
I facilitate youth-centered programming within the Parenting While Black initiative, leading group sessions for elementary, middle, and high school students. These sessions focus on positive racial identity, mental wellness, and coping with discrimination, fostering intergenerational alignment between youth and caregivers.
As a panelist for youth entrepreneurship events with Own Our Own, I’ve contributed to conversations and learning experiences that help young people develop business skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the confidence to pursue their own ventures.
